TestEQ is the brand of Dongguan Desi Environmental Instrument Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of environmental test chambers and reliability test systems based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The company designs, builds and tests its own chambers rather than reselling third-party equipment, which is what allows the standard lines to be adapted and non-standard systems to be engineered to order.
What the company manufactures
The chamber range covers temperature and humidity chambers, standard climatic chambers, benchtop environmental chambers, rapid temperature change chambers, thermal shock chambers, combined temperature–humidity–vibration chambers, thermal vacuum chambers, altitude (low-pressure) chambers, HALT/HASS and ESS systems, walk-in chambers, mixed-gas corrosion chambers and other specialised climatic chambers. The model series built by the company include ETH, ETS, ETH², EQT, EWT and EWTH.
Alongside the standard lines, the engineering team builds custom chambers where a catalogue model does not fit the specimen or the test method.
Manufacturing and engineering capability
Chambers are designed in house — mechanical structure, refrigeration circuit, control system and, where the test calls for it, the vacuum system. The company operates an ISO 9001 quality management system and holds a government-recognised Environmental Test Chamber Engineering Technology Research Center designation. Inspection equipment in the plant verifies chamber performance before delivery, and factory acceptance testing is carried out against the agreed specification.

Chambers are built to comply with the test methods a customer works to, including GB, GB/T, GJB, IEC, IEC 60068, ASTM, UL, MIL-STD and JEDEC JESD22, across industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, EV battery, electronics and research.

The company holds offices and after-sales service centres in Dongguan, Xi’an, Beijing and Shanghai. These handle installation, commissioning, operator training, spare parts and ongoing technical service.
