The TestEQ EQ-PCT series covers HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) and PCT (Pressure Cooker Test) in one pressurised chamber. It applies controlled temperature, humidity and pressure to accelerate moisture-related failure mechanisms in non-hermetic electronic components and semiconductor packages, so qualification work that otherwise runs for weeks at 85 °C / 85 % RH can be carried out over a much shorter test period.

Actual test conditions are set according to the applicable standard, the product qualification requirement and the sample configuration. Chamber capacity, fixtures, electrical bias, water management and laboratory integration can be customised.
Standards
Chambers are designed around JESD22-A110, JESD22-A102 and IEC 60068-2-66. Depending on the qualification program, systems can also be integrated into work involving AEC-Q100, AEC-Q101, AEC-Q200, MIL-STD-202 and MIL-STD-750, or customer-specific requirements.
