Dongguan Desi Environmental Instrument Co., Ltd. — brand TestEQ — designs and manufactures environmental test chambers and reliability test systems. The company is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and supplies test equipment to aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, EV battery, electronics and research customers.
What we make
The product range covers combined temperature and humidity chambers, rapid temperature change chambers, walk-in temperature-humidity rooms, thermal shock chambers, combined temperature-humidity-vibration chambers, combined temperature-humidity-altitude chambers, HALT/HASS (ESS) chambers and high-temperature ovens. Alongside these standard lines, the engineering team designs and builds non-standard test systems for customers whose test item or test method does not fit a catalogue model.
The real model series are ETH (temperature and humidity), ETS (thermal shock), ETH² (HALT/HASS) and the EQT / EWT / EWTH lines.
Engineering approach
Environmental simulation testing depends on equipment that holds its stated conditions over long test cycles. Our engineering work therefore concentrates on three things: stable temperature control, consistent conditions throughout the working volume, and equipment that can be monitored and maintained over its service life. We design to the written test method agreed with the customer, then carry out factory acceptance testing before shipment, followed by installation, commissioning and operator training on site.
Quality and standards
The company operates an ISO 9001 quality management system and has the inspection capability to verify chamber performance before delivery. Chambers are built to comply with test methods including GB, GJB, IEC, ASTM, UL, MIL-STD, IEC 60068 and JEDEC JESD22, as required by the application.
Dongguan Desi is recognised by the local government as an Environmental Test Chamber Engineering Technology Research Center.
