Environmental Test Chambers and Reliability Testing Systems
TestEQ designs and builds engineered-to-order environmental test chambers and reliability test systems. From temperature-humidity, thermal shock and rapid temperature change chambers to walk-in, altitude (low-pressure) and thermal vacuum systems, each chamber is configured to the test standard and to the product under test.
Product lines
Chambers are built to order at our Dongguan plant. Size, temperature range and control options are set during engineering, against the applicable test standard.
Temperature and climate chambers
High and Low Temperature (Humidity) Test Chamber

Large-scale and custom chambers
Walk-in Environmental Chamber
EWTH series rooms for large or heavy test items, welded or panel construction, with drive-in access.
Custom Non-standard Test Chamber
Engineered-to-order chambers for special test conditions and test items outside the catalogue.
Mixed Gas Corrosion Test Chamber
Flowing mixed gas corrosion testing to IEC 60068-2-60.
Vacuum and low-pressure chambers
Why TestEQ
What customers can rely on when a chamber has to match a written test method and pass acceptance in the plant.
Engineered to order
Chambers are designed and manufactured to the customer's test profile rather than selected only from a catalogue. Non-standard sizes and control configurations are handled in-house.
ISO 9001 quality management
Design and production run under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with inspection of the finished chamber before shipment.
Engineering technology research centre
Dongguan Desi is recognised by the local government as an Environmental Test Chamber Engineering Technology Research Center.
Chamber performance
Published machine-level figures: temperature range −75 °C to +200 °C, temperature fluctuation within ±0.5 °C, deviation within ±2.0 °C, uniformity ±0.5 °C, capacity 100–12,000 L and rapid change up to 30 °C/min.
Standards coverage
Chambers are built to GB, GJB, IEC, ASTM, UL, MIL-STD, IEC 60068 and JEDEC JESD22 test methods, as required by the application.
Service network
Offices and after-sales service centres in Dongguan, Xi'an, Beijing and Shanghai support installation, commissioning and maintenance.
