An explosion-proof high-temperature oven reproduces a high-temperature climate for whole or partial drying, sterilisation and heating of products and parts, and is widely used in aerospace, electrical, industrial and mining, and machinery fields. Its quality shows up in three places: materials, explosion-proof features and customisation.

Materials and structural parts

The outer casing is painted cold-rolled steel; the inner chamber is 304 stainless steel; the sample rack is made of 304 stainless steel and flame-retardant insulation board. The viewing window uses tempered heat-resistant double glazing behind a stainless steel mesh, to contain the glass in the event of breakage. The position of the test ports can be specified by the customer.

Explosion-proof and safety features

The oven carries explosion-proof fire-suppression equipment, such as an automatic CO₂ extinguishing system, an explosion-proof chain and automatic explosion-proof pressure relief. Main components are imported brands, and the unit provides safety protection: over-current and over-temperature protection, system earth-leakage protection, fan over-temperature protection, and phase-sequence and phase-loss protection on the main supply.

Customisation options

In an explosion the inner chamber can expand and force the door open, injuring people nearby. A relief port can therefore be cut at a specified position on the inner chamber to vent the expansion, and a chain device can be fitted at points likely to be forced open, to buffer the movement and reduce harm to people and equipment around it.

Operate the oven to the specified requirements and keep the safety measures in place to avoid accidents.
