A three-factor chamber combines temperature, humidity and vibration in one system. It is precision equipment with a corresponding price, and it determines a sample’s performance parameters under different temperature and humidity conditions quickly, which saves test time. The machine is built from the chamber body, the motion coupling system, the control system, the refrigeration or dehumidification system, the heating or humidification system and the air duct system. Operating it strictly to procedure protects both the operator and the equipment.
Operating notes
A standard combined chamber is not explosion-proof. Do not place flammable or explosive materials inside the test volume. To keep results valid and operators safe, do not open the door while a test is running.
The chamber needs a 380 V supply to run. Check it before every use to avoid electric shock or faulty action, and do not extend or shorten the power cable yourself.
After each test, clean the chamber with clean water and dry it. Disconnect the power when the chamber will be idle for a long time. Schedule regular maintenance — topping up lubricant and carrying out inspections on time — to extend service life.
Used correctly, the chamber shows how a product behaves in its environment and exposes defects; it is one of the tools for controlling product quality.
