An explosion-proof high-temperature oven reproduces a high-temperature environment and is used across a number of fields. Its advantages show up most clearly in the structural design.

Exterior and mobility

The body has a streamlined profile, with the control panel and door shaped in curved, streamlined form; the result is clean and less likely to injure an operator. Castors are fitted at the base for easy movement, and the two front castors lock, so the unit is easy to move and to fix in place.

One unit, two chambers

The oven uses a single-unit, two-chamber design, with one test chamber above and one below. The control and cooling systems of the two chambers run entirely independently and do not interfere with each other. The front door uses a secondary explosion-proof design, and the relief doors on the front and rear faces are fitted with explosion-proof chains. When an explosion forces a door open, the chain buffers it and stops the door opening fully or flying off, avoiding secondary injury.

Door and pressure relief

The hinges between the explosion-proof door and the body are reinforced stainless steel, and the lock is a heavy-duty flush lock, so that the equipment stays safe. The chamber sides are designed for explosion relief, with an automatic relief port on each side that vents once it senses pressure.

These structural details keep the oven convenient and safe to use.
