The TestEQ benchtop environmental chamber is a compact chamber for exposing small products, components, materials and assemblies to controlled temperature and humidity conditions. It is intended for component-level testing where laboratory space and test volume are limited.
Applications
- Component reliability and early-stage product validation
- Electronics, PCBs, sensors and small assemblies
- Damp heat and accelerated aging
- Material conditioning and environmental durability
- Quality-control and university research laboratories
Configuration and features
- Compact 22.5 L and 64 L configurations for benches and small work areas.
- Temperature range -65 °C to +150 °C.
- Temperature fluctuation ≤ ±0.5 °C; temperature deviation ≤ ±2.0 °C.
- Humidity range 5 % to 98 % RH; humidity deviation ±3.0 % RH (above 75 % RH).
- Programmable multi-step temperature and humidity profiles for repeatable test cycles.
- Noise level ≤ 68 dB.
- Configurable options include access ports, inner doors, data recording, water purification, customised sample fixtures and country-specific electrical configuration.

Standards
Benchtop chambers can be used for test programs based on IEC 60068, MIL-STD-810, ISO 16750 and ASTM D4332.
For components that require larger volumes or higher throughput, a floor-standing or walk-in chamber may be more suitable. To confirm a configuration, contact us with the specimen size and required conditions.
