The TestEQ temperature humidity vibration test chamber is a combined environmental reliability system that applies controlled temperature, humidity and mechanical vibration to a product in one coordinated test environment. The configuration is associated with AGREE environmental testing, in which climatic conditions and mechanical vibration are evaluated together rather than as isolated factors.
Applications
- Aerospace and defense equipment
- Automotive and EV components
- Electronics and communication equipment
- Products requiring multi-stress environmental qualification
Configuration and features
- Temperature range -70 °C to +180 °C (200 °C optional).
- Humidity range 10 % to 98 % RH.
- Temperature and humidity are controlled inside the chamber while a vibration system applies the required dynamic excitation.
- Three-axis (3-Axis) AGREE configuration.
- Combined temperature, humidity and vibration testing with a single coordinated profile.
- When humidity is present while vibration is applied, mechanical movement can interact with moisture-related degradation mechanisms; the profile is defined accordingly.
- PID control with programmable profile and RS-485 communication.
- Actual specifications depend on chamber size, shaker selection, specimen characteristics and environmental requirements.
